The application exclusively uses the Proximity Sensor on your Android device to:

• Detect when the front of the device is covered (e.g., face-down on a table or in a pocket).
• Trigger the system lock command once the sensor remains covered for a specified duration.

No Personal Information: Flip Lock does not collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information (PII).

No Data Collection: Proximity sensor readings are processed locally on the device in real-time. This data is never logged, stored persistently, or uploaded to any server.

Off-line Functionality: The app functions entirely without internet access, ensuring your device state never leaves the physical hardware.

04. Permissions

The app requires 'Device Administrator' or 'Accessibility Service' permissions solely to execute the lock screen command. These permissions are used for no other purpose.
